Looking for somewhere tasty to go for lunch with 2 children and came across this great little restaurant below ground just next to a Starbucks. The team were all very help and the menu was good, selling a selection of rice, pasta and sandwich options. A great spot for lunch. We tried the spaghetti with shrimp and broccoli (which had a spicy kick to it), the ham and egg waffle sandwich and the beef curry. All were tasty. I the ice tea lemonade was delicious too!

A retro kissaten located right next to that famous coffee shop. Skip THAT coffee shop and give this coffee shop a try. I came here in the morning so there were few customers. A great place to read a book and have a morning set. It is non-smoking. Prices are reasonable considering it is in Ginza. Nice humbling atmosphere.

I was desperate for some tea and as I have an entire volume dedicated to Tokyo kissaten, this particular cafe was on my list for quite a while. It was a Saturday so there was a bit of wait, but I was seated in less than 10 minutes. I ordered a very refreshing mint tea and a glorious anmitsu. Both were exactly as I expected, though I wish all fruit in the anmitsu was fresh instead of canned. The only drawback is that it was quite noisy but this is due to the clientele and not the establishment itself. Overall, I loved the vintage vibe and my order was good so no complaints. Bonus: apparently the chiffon cake is the thing to order, and it's delivered daily from the main branch in Osaka. The more you know!

Love this cafe. It has a nice European decor. The service is always great and the food is cheap and also delicious. It's a great spot in Ginza and a favorite of my wife's.
